This is the easy case! Simply install UFT on the machine accepting the default directory and follow the instructions starting on page 274 of the UFT manual "Importing From ROOTS III". Pay particular attention to the note!

If your UFT manual does not have reference to importing from ROOTS III on those pages (Premier versions or later) you may find it necessary to read parts of the manual provided on the distribution CD-ROM.
