You chose:

This is the easiest way of all; all you do is choose the "update a previous version" when you install UFT. The install program will search for and find your ROOTS V installation and ask you if this is the one you want to update. Say yes and you're home free!

You should note that your new UFT program will be in the directory where you had ROOTS V installed, and that the ROOTS V program will have been deleted.
